BANANA MILKSHAKE
This is the most Loved Recipe by Kids . I’m sharing a simple Milkshake Recipe made without Icecream or any Artificial Sweeteners . All you need is 2 Bananas , Milk , Nuts and Sugar for Sweetness . You can also add oats to it and have it as a diet Food. You can also make it with Coconut Milk or Almond Milk . You can also add a piece of dark Chocolate to enrich its taste .
You can also make this Milkshake as a smoothie .What smoothie you prepare for yourself depends completely on what your body needs! This smoothie is a great healthy breakfast or snack throughout the week. Bananas are packed with potassium, magnesium, and vitamin C. It acts as a great supplement to any Breakfast and helps you stay fresh and hydrated .If you want to make the banana milkshake more easy to digest then use bananas which are more ripe. You can also use a pinch of cardamom or cinnamon powder to occasionally chew on .It adds a rich Flavour to the Milk Shake. Let’s see my way of making it within a couple of Minutes .
INGREDIENTS:
1.Ripe Banana - 3 Medium Sized
2.Coconut Milk -2 Cups (Cow Milk or Almond Milk of your choice)
3.Vanilla Extract -½ tbsp(Optional)
4.Honey or Sugar or Jaggery (Your Choice)
5.Cinnamon Powder -¼ tbsp
6.Cardamom Powder -¼ tbsp
7.Nuts (For Garnishing )
INSTRUCTIONS:
1.Peel 3 medium sized Bananas . Chop them and blend well in a jar . 2.Then Add 2 cups of Milk and Blend well .
3.Add Vanilla Extract and Fresh Nuts .
4.Add Sugar for your Sweetness.
5.Blend Till Smooth .
6.Add Icecubes if Preferred.
7.Serve it in a Tall Glass topped with Cardamom and Cinnamon Powder
