Gobi Manchurian

 Goby Manchurian is the super Delicious Street Food . Gobi means Cauliflower and Manchurian is a tangy , sweet and slightly spice sauce made with our own ingredients available at home . This delicious crisp fried appetizer is popular in the Indian Sub Continent is a fusion of the both Indian and Chinese Cuisine .It can be served hot as a snack, dinner or a party starter. Let’s make this dish and I make sure you get the Awesomeness of the taste .

                               



Ingredients:

1.  Cauliflower -1

2.  Maid -3 tbsp

3. Corn Flour - 1 tbsp

4. Chilli Powder - tbsp

5. Oil for deep frying


For The Sauce:

     Oil-2 tbsp,  Garlic (few cloves), Spring Onions,Ginger(Finely Chopped ), Capsicum-1,Soya Sauce -3 tbsp,  Ketchup -2 tbsp, Pepper - 1/2 tbsp, Salt.


Let's Go:

1.First,we'll get the batter done and deep fry the Cauliflower.

2.Let's take 3 whole table spoon of maida and half spoon of cornflour, 1 spoon cilli            powder and little salt.

3.Mix it well, Add a little water and make the batter.

4.The batter need not be too runny,It just needs to be coat the Cauliflower.

5. So,there you go. Now fry them to a beautifully golgen brown Colour.

6.The next step is to make the sauce and then we'll add this fried gobi to the sauce.

7.Add litle oil and Chopped garlic,ginger,capsicum,spring onions.

8. Now add 2-3 teaspoon of Soya sauce ,chilly sauce ,Ketchup and cook them well.

9.Add pepper and salt to taste.

10. Add the fried Cauliflower pieces into the salt and make sure it's coated completely in        the sauce.

11. Now the Gobi Manchurian is ready to Served.
