 1. Prezi :

            

   The presentation software that uses Motion, Zoom and Spatial relationships to bring your ideas to life and make you a great presenter. This software is absolutely free, though there is no desktop app for this and can be created only online. However to get the feel of desktop app, can create it using our browser.

 

 2. Canva :

 

  
   This software is multipurpose which can be used to create graphical designs, posters, resume, Instagram posts, including presentations for free (most of the layouts). From Q2 2020, Desktop App Also Available.

 

3.Greenshot :


   This is a screenshot tool can be used at any moment by clicking print-screen button on the keyboard layout. this screenshot can be created (also cropping can be done on the fly) and can be copied /shared / stored as image etc..., which reduces your work in spending time to crop in another software.(screenshot is manual such that the area is not pre-selected instead a selection marker is provided to our convenience).

4. Flux :

Flux is a cross-platform computer program that adjusts a display's color temperature according to location and time of day, offering functional respite for the Eyes. Which will be helpful in the night. However night mode comes out of the box with the os,this flux is much more customizable and highly featured software.

5. Libreoffice & Google tools(MS Office Alternative ):

 If you are worried about ms office subscription , then you got a choice of picking Free Software Pack such as LibreOffice (for the Offline Usage) and if you are very much fine with online then you may prefer using google tools(google docs etc....,).

 

6.Evernote:

Evernote is an App Designed for note taking, Organizing, Task Management, and archiving. (Desktop App or Mobile App and Browser Extension is required for Below mentioned feature). This software is very much useful for the everyone. 

    This software has many features which can provide you web clipping using browser extension. These Notes can be synced to your Evernote account. The notes popsout (to the right just below se arch bar on your browser) whenever there is something you have searched in the internet if you have notes made on it before.

 

Well the name itself reveals what it is , this is really good software and it is free which can support various types of compression right from zip to 7z and it also provides you with security options too.

8. VLC media player:

This is a media player which is widely popular which you might also known and which has a very  comfortable interface and comes with great features with it.

9. Intellisense Plug-ins (for coders):

      

Kite / tabnine / codota are the intellisense plugins which can be installed on your editors (varies few may have tabnine and rest may have codota ) which Helps by auto-filling code for you in any language.for HTML ( vsCode it comes out of the box) the Emmet plugin is used to auto-fill.

This software is used to track your data consumption and alerts frequently on your firewall activities. It also shows you the data consumption records for every software being used on your pc with the server address and its information.
