BREAD OMELETTE
Quick and easy Breakfast Recipe made with just Breads and Eggs.Bread omelette recipe is a simple recipe with egg omelette mixture and bread slices and this is similar to a sandwich recipe with omelet stuffed between the bread.
It is a delicious snack recipe that can be served to Kids . It just requires a few Ingredients and can be Made in a Couple of Minutes . It goes great with Tomato Ketchup or with Mint Chutney . It is a low Calorie Food that can be Preferred much as a Diet Snacks Too. So , Here is my Favourite way of Making it .
Ingredients:
1.Onion -1
2. Tomato- 1
3. Bread Slices -2
4..Salted Butter
5. Eggs -2
6. Turmeric Powder -¼ tbsp
7. Coriander Leaves (For Garnishing )
Instructions:
1.Break both the eggs in a bowl and keep it aside.
2.Fine chop Onion and Tomato . Add Chilli Powder , Turmeric Powder , Turmeric Powder and Salt to it 3.Add a spoon of Milk so that Batter lightens and gives a fluffy Omelette .
4.Whisk Everything with a Fork for a few seconds .
5.Heat Butter in a pan until hot .
6.Add in the Omelette Mixture to pan . Swirl the pan so that it spreads Evenly .
7.Add 2 slices of bread on the top of the Omelette .
8.Flip the bread . Sprinkle Black Pepper on the top for a nice aroma .
9.Cook for 30 seconds on a Medium Flame .
10.Fold the Omelette in your Favourite way and it is readt to be Served .
11.Sprinkle Coriander leaves on the top .
12.Enjoy it with Tomato Ketchup or Mint Chutney as a complete Breakfast .
