Cheesy Veg Sandwich

Simple though it sounds, the Cheese and Vegetable Sandwich is a healthy snack with a timeless appeal.Think quick snack and this is the first option that comes to your mind! Elegant and easy, this sandwich is made with a whole lot of colourful veggies held together with butter to brush on the bread and to cook the slices, as  it adds the  rich flavour and aroma of this sandwich. Enjoy it immediately after preparation with tomato ketchup.

The creamy cheesy sauce covers all the veggies and makes it even more tasty.This recipe is perfect to put in your kids lunch box and makes a great party food too. Come Let’s look how to Make it .

Ingredients:

1.Onion -1 

2. Tomato- 1

3. Green/Red Capsicum

4. Chaat Masala

5. Mayonnaise 

6. Chilli Flakes

7. Bread Slices

8. Mint chutney (Optional)

9.Salted Butter

10. Processed Cheese

Instructions:

1. Finely chop the veggies
2. Seize the vegetables with quarter teaspoon salt, 2 teaspoon mint chutney ,2 teaspoon chaat Masala Powder.
3. Add about 1 cup of mayonnaise to your taste.
4. Add 1 tablespoon of Chilly Flakes and mix them well.
5. Apply some softened butter on both slices .
6. Assemble the sandwich with the mixed veggies.
7. Apply butter to the pan and gently flip the sandwich on medium flame until its cooked.
8. Make the Cheese sauce by adding quarter cup of milk to the processed Cheese.
9. Once the Cheese is completely melted , Turn off the Stove.
10. Now add the cheese sauce to your Sandwich and enjoy it .

 Delicious and quick to make, ideal for brunch, snack, appetizer or a meal. Great to make for parties
