1. Bread Rasmalai Recipe :
Ingredients:
Full Fat Milk - 1 liter.
White bread - 6 slices.
Sugar - as per taste.
Nuts - for Garnishing .
Condensed Milk - ½ cup
Saffron - few strands
Rose Water - 2 spoons
Instructions:
To prepare Rabri , Start boiling Milk in a deep bottom pan.
Crush saffron strands along with 1 tbsp Milk and add it to the pan.
Stir occasionally till the milk is reduced to half .
Add condensed milk and Sugar as per taste.
Add Cardamom Powder for essence.
Turn off the heat and add Rose water.
Refrigerate for 2-3 hours.
Roast bread slices with unsalted butter until golden brown.
Soak the roasted bread slices into Rabri just 2 minutes before serving.
Now add the chopped nuts for garnishing.
Finally serve Bread Rasmalai chilled or hot.
