You would be surprised to know the rage of delicacies you can prepare at home and satisfy your cravings at the same time. And if you think, you cannot recreate the magic at home, we may have a recipe that could get you close. These recipes are instant,yummy and does exactly what it is meant to do to please your taste buds to the fullest.

1. Bread Rasmalai Recipe

     Be it a festival or a special occasion, One cannot deny the heavenly flavors  of Rasmalai. One of the Softest desserts of Indian cuisine, preparing Rasmalai is no big deal and can be made in just 15-20 minutes. This Dessert is traditionally made with cottage cheese discs which we are replacing with bread slices, that are dipped in saffron flavored milk.Loved by both kids and adults alike, it’s a very popular dessert that you can find in all the places. Let’s check out how to make it in an easy way.
 


Ingredients:

  1. Full Fat Milk - 1 liter.

  2. White bread - 6 slices.

  3. Sugar - as per taste.

  4. Nuts - for Garnishing .

  5. Condensed Milk - ½ cup

  6. Saffron - few strands

  7. Rose Water - 2 spoons

Instructions:

  1. To prepare Rabri , Start boiling Milk in a deep bottom pan.

  2. Crush saffron strands along with 1 tbsp Milk  and add it to the pan.

  3. Stir occasionally till the milk is reduced to half .

  4. Add condensed milk and Sugar as per taste.

  5. Add Cardamom Powder for essence.

  6. Turn off the heat and add Rose water.

  7. Refrigerate for 2-3 hours.

  8. Roast bread slices with unsalted butter until golden brown.

  9. Soak the roasted bread slices into Rabri  just 2 minutes before serving.

  10. Now add the chopped nuts for garnishing. 

     
    Finally serve Bread Rasmalai chilled or hot.
