Badam Halwa Recipe
A Rich South Indian Style Delicious Halwa with Blanched Almonds ,Ghee & Sugar.
The recipe gives a really good Badam Halwa, which has the right sweetness and a lovely texture which is not soft and firm. But kind of between. One which gives a heavenly feeling when you savor the Halwa. This is a heavy dessert and just a few spoons of it is enough. Let’s make the Rich and Creamy Badam Halwa.
Ingredients:
1. Badam - 2 cups
2. Sugar - 2 cups
3. Boiled Milk -1 cup
4. Ghee - 1 cup
5. Saffron Milk
6. Cardamom Powder
Instructions :
Soak Almond in Warm Water for nearly 30 minutes.
Add few drops of Ghee in pan .
Grind the soaked almonds and boiled milk to a fine paste.
Cook the mixture for 15 minutes in medium high flame.
Add 2 cups of sugar and Saffron Milk.
Stir it Continuously in low Flame for about 10 minutes.
Make sure the paste doesn't stick to the pan .
Add ghee and roasted nuts for garnishing .
Now it’s ready to serve .
